It is our ethical responsibility and strategic priority to implement a consistent strategy on rewarding, awarding and providing benefits to our seafarers and employees for their exemplified performance and commitment. Said strategy involves a range of incentive bonus structures, supplementary insurance programme, various financial support schemes, awards for specific categories of performance both on-board and ashore, and sponsorship of employees’ children education expenses.
