Accounting and Controlling Divisions

Accountability, credibility and transparency are an integral part of our corporate strategy and procedures. The efficiency and implementation of internal control functions safeguard the company’s transparency and the interests of the Principals it represents. A series of policies and procedures are in place to ensure the management directives are monitored and enforced fully.

Further to  bookkeeping, controlling and accounting services these divisions are responsible to ensure full compliance with particular requirements, both for publicly listed companies, as well as for other clients, such as complex tax, social security and other statutory provisions applicable to each ship-owning company.

A separate Post- Fixtures division handles the collection of freights, hires, demurrages and other receivables vis-a-vis the charter party terms, and handles other related services such as agency accounts, War Risk and Piracy Insurance premiums, off-hire claims and charter party related disputes.
