New Building Supervision and Contracting Division

The New Building division operates as an independent unit under the leadership of seasoned professionals in the field of  ship design, construction and conversion of all types of vessels.  Over the years this department was engaged with the negotiation and execution of newbuilding contracts and supervision of the construction and delivery of  about 80 new buildings with a contract value in excess of U.S.$ 4 billion and a total deadweight in excess of 7 million DWT tons.

All new buildings are custom designed  in order to meet the highest standards of the industry and clients’ multi-faceted needs.  

The New Building team constantly monitors, articulates and capitalizes on novel trends and technological advancements in the field of ship design and construction and is responsible to ensure that cutting edge technology will be taken aboard and embeded into energy saving systems translating into a cost effective and environmentally friendly service.
