Dr. Nikolaos P. Tsakos, Founder & CEO of Tsakos Energy Navigation (TEN), was awarded the prestigious Tanker Company of the Year award at the 20th Lloyd’s List Greek Shipping Awards in Athens.

The distinguished event brought together industry leaders, professionals, and government officials to celebrate TEN’s outstanding corporate performance and lasting contribution to the global shipping industry.

This prestigious accolade recognizes TEN’s resilience, long-term success, and strategic leadership in navigating market cycles, underscored by its consistent dividend distribution and commitment to investing in cutting-edge vessel technology. This marks TEN’s third recognition at the esteemed awards: the first in 2006, also as Tanker Company of the Year, and the second in 2016, when Dr. Tsakos was honored with the Tanker Shipping & Trade Industry Leader Award for his leadership as Chairman of Intertanko and head of TEN.
